I'm still working my way through them, but one thing I thought of as I was reading the monetization list-- Gumroad recently rolled out a subscription service similar to patreon's. They have an info page about it here: https://help.gumroad.com/article/82-membership-products

It's in its infancy so there's not much data on it yet, but it seems promising!
