Anyone seen the new pictures of the planet Mercury at Nasa.gov? Truly remarkable.

They are almost disturbingly sharp pictures, especially when you consider the size of the planet.
A couple of those craters are over 100km across. Makes you wonder just how much power was behind the rock that hit it.

Ha - actually I'm pretty sure I don't want to know. Life is uncertain enough as it is without adding to the overhead.
