Hey, I'm a very, very quiet longtime fan of this comic. As I am currently a college student in America, I thought I'd let you know that the term you're looking for is "housing" or "student housing." That's what us cool kids say. Or something.

I keep reading this, and I keep meaning to update that comic, or at least respond.
